Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on all amusement rides, including aquatic vehicles, slides, and conveyor systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including performing test rides and routine inspections.
- Complete necessary documentation accurately and timely.
- Communicate any ride-related inquiries or issues to management.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all operational manuals for each attraction.
- Execute daily maintenance tasks, including tool upkeep and cleaning.
- Deliver exceptional service to both guests and fellow team members.
Qualifications for Success:
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school experience is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of verifiable experience in industrial maintenance, automotive, or military settings.
- Advanced understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and conveyor systems.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and adherence to company driving policies.
- Strong written communication skills for maintenance documentation.
- Ability to interpret mechanical schematics.
- Effective communication skills with colleagues and supervisors.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Possession of a professional-quality toolset.
- Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Willingness to engage in extensive walking and standing throughout the work shift.
- Able to work at heights on steel or wooden structures.
- Must be able to wear a full-body harness and be trained for respirator use.
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
- Regularly perform physical activities such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, and reaching.
- Responsible for all cleaning duties, including the use of cleaning agents.
- Promote a safe and secure environment for guests and fellow employees.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation: $24.00 per hour
