About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior to join our team at CS&L CPAs. As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for preparing and filing complex Federal and State tax returns in a timely manner.

You will work closely with our Supervisors, Managers, and Principals to ensure quality assurance and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of individual and business taxation and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file Federal and State tax returns in a timely manner
  • Maintain open communication with internal teams to ensure quality assurance and efficient workflows
  • Participate in career development programs to improve supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant tax experience within a public accounting firm
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Master's degree preferred
  • CPA license eligible or obtained
