Job Title: Director, SAP

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, SAP to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our SAP consulting practice, you will be responsible for overseeing business development activities, including proposing services, project estimation, and leading pre-sales activities in support of SAP S4/HANA implementation opportunities.



Responsibilities:


  • Oversee key business development activities for our SAP consulting practice
  • Propose services and estimate project costs
  • Lead pre-sales activities in support of SAP S4/HANA implementation opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key SAP industry personnel
  • Lead highly skilled client and KPMG work teams through full project lifecycles
  • Participate in the continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings
  • Assist partners with practice administration, including resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions


Qualifications:


  • Minimum ten years of recent experience providing SAP advisory services, specific to Procure to Pay (PTPay) capabilities, to clients across multiple industries
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Demonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients in a professional services environment
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and leading design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Preferred experience in leading pre-sales activities, consulting within a Big Four accounting firm, and implementing SAP Greenfield and Selective Data Transition approaches
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Deep expertise in the following SAP business processes: MRP, procurement, pricing, subcontract procurement, goods receipt, physical inventory management, vendor and material master data
  • Ability to travel up to 60% based on the specific project and location
