Key Responsibilities:
  • Cisco Call Manager Administration: Perform Add/Move/Changes (MACDs) within Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) to support enterprise voice services for over 15,000 employees.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex VOIP issues on the Cisco platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Network/TCP-IP communication issues affecting enterprise voice services.
  • Administer and design complex dial plans using Cisco Call Center Express (UCCX).
  • Program, provision, and decommission Cisco desk phones.
  • Provision Cisco Jabber Soft Phones for customers.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), including performing MACDs, troubleshooting, and complex dial plan design.
  • Experience with Cisco Unity Voicemail administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of VOIP and Network/TCP-IP troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Experience with Cisco Call Center Express (UCCX) for dial plan management.
  • Experience provisioning and maintaining Cisco desk phones and Jabber Soft Phones.
