T. Marzetti Company is seeking a skilled Production Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our production environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remove trash and debris from production areas and parking lots
  • Ensure restrooms are fully stocked and replenished after every shift
  • Maintain a clean and organized production floor, including the employee parking lot
  • Report to production managers and supervisors for assigned work
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment that promotes accountability and efficiency
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not necessary
Working Conditions

This role requires regular standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and bending while moving about the facility. You must be able to move 75 pounds a distance of 25 feet or more and stand for 8-10 hours with regular breaks. You may be required to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
