Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven In House Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting our vacation ownership products and services to prospective and current owners within our resorts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations, representing our company and its values at all times.
  • Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in and schedule presentations with prospective customers.
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines and make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and stay up-to-date on marketing information and materials.
  • Travel Requirements: No travel required outside of the home site's area.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, but not required. Must maintain production standards.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices.
