Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility
Job SummaryThis role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role is responsible for supervising staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and is accountable for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
Requirements- Minimum Education: Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- Minimum Experience: One year of telemetry experience preferred. CCRN preferred.
- Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. American Heart Association BLS CPR required. American Heart Association ACLS is required within 6 months of hire for PCU.
