Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage location's financial performance through monitoring of financial reporting, participation in annual budget review process, and monthly financial reviews.
  • Drive contribution margin through effective management of labor, operating, and cost of goods expenses.
  • Collaborate with the Culinary AGM to ensure proper inventory management, ordering, and menu design/redesign.
  • Conduct operational audits to ensure location is operating to standards.
  • Manage employee time and labor, ensuring accurate scheduling and labor budgets.
  • Coach and monitor FOH and BOH staff to uphold company and resort standards.
  • Maintain consistent and meaningful communication with staff through meetings, emails, and one-on-one conversations.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of previous food and beverage management experience.
  • Serve Safe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of hire).
  • Tips certification, RBS certification, and Food Handler certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, POS software, ordering software, and payroll software.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
