Project Manager TS/SCI with Polygraph

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our TS/SCI program. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, technical leadership, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or task(s).
  • Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including government clients, to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Project Integration, and Waterfall Project Management.
  • Expertise in Requirements Management, including user engagement, requirement elicitation, and derivation.
  • Ability to create quality analytical products, including visualizations, briefs, workflows, diagrams, and reports.
