Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Control Manager to support our customer's activities. As a Program Control Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the execution of project plans, proposals, reports, schedules, and task orders.
  • Develop and maintain technical project plans, including risk tracking and mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and review contract deliverable items, including briefings, Contract Funds Status Reports, meeting notes, and other client-required documents.
  • Conduct planning and provide recommendations to clients on task workload and resource allocation.
  • Attend customer meetings and serve as a liaison between the client and project team.
  • Interact with vendors, other agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review subcontractor delivery plans and financial invoices to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate the development of deliverables and products, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to project timelines.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology and industry trends.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
  • Effective customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and address client challenges.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Advanced knowledge of company policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Preferred skills: MS Office suite, project management software.
