Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and lead by example to ensure that all staff members provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Manage Staff: Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to ensure they perform in accordance with established brand standards and consistent with our company's core values.
  • Financial Management: Perform various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints regarding food and beverage service.
  • Forecasting: Forecast staff, equipment, and supply requirements based on menu.
  • Sustainability: Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to our company's EarthView program.
  • Work Environment: Ensure a safe work environment by practicing safe work habits, wearing protective safety equipment, and following MSDS and OSHA standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma preferred.
  • Experience: Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
  • Skills: Previous supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of hotel PMS and Micros preferred.
