Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the front office operations of two facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel, inventory, vendors, and budgets, as well as exercising independent judgment and discretion in managing overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead front office operations and report progress to manufacturing operations management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve office operations and procedures
  • Assist with recruitment, selection, onboarding, and aptitude testing of candidates
  • Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe
  • Develop and manage front office budgets, including financial forecasting and planning
  • Supervise direct reports and enforce corporate policies and procedures
  • Track office equipment usage and manage vendor contracts
  • Generate and review correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Support the ERP system and coordinate employee events
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 3+ years of office management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Ability to make independent decisions and problem-solve
  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement office procedures
  • Professional code of conduct and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with SAP and Kronos
