Role Overview

With a focus on collaboration and communication, our Nursing Administrators play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital's nursing units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating nursing services, evaluating patient care, and making recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and supervises the organization and administration of nursing services and all nursing units for designated shift
  • Evaluates patient care and recommends changes necessary for improved patient care
  • Integrates the patient's total patient care with other departments; coordinates shift activities of other hospital departments in the absence of administrative personnel

Requirements

  • BSN Required
  • + 4 years of nursing practice
  • Valid Texas RN License/Eligible Compact License registered from Texas
  • BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
