Nous recherchons pour le compte de Trusted Advisors un Analyste Métier spécialisé dans le secteur bancaire. Dans le cadre d'un projet de transformation numérique des processus métiers, notre équipe dédiée à la clientèle corporate a besoin d'un analyste pour optimiser l'alignement entre les exigences métier et le système d'information, en adoptant une approche Agile Scrum.

Responsabilités :

L'Analyste Métier accompagne le Product Owner dans l'enrichissement du contexte du produit, des User Stories et des critères d'acceptation grâce à son expertise numérique tout au long du cycle de vie du produit. Il :

  • Assiste le Product Owner dans la définition des Epics, des User Stories et des critères d'acceptation.
  • Propose des améliorations pour optimiser le Backlog et sa priorisation.
  • Aide l'équipe à appréhender les User Stories du Backlog produit avec le niveau de détail requis.
  • Participe aux tests des User Stories après leur développement.
  • Effectue des tests de non-régression à chaque nouvelle version.
  • S'assure que le Backlog produit est clair, transparent et accessible à tous.

À chaque phase du cycle de vie du produit, il :

  • Fournit une expertise technique et numérique.
  • Éclaire les solutions proposées par le Product Owner avec son expérience dans le domaine numérique.
  • Donne des conseils sur les améliorations à apporter au Backlog Produit.
  • Possède une connaissance approfondie des fonctionnalités et des règles de gestion du produit existant.

Lors des phases initiales des produits (nouveaux produits ou évolutions), il :

  • Contribue à la pré-analyse et à l'analyse grâce à son expertise métier et système d'information.
  • Évalue les impacts des nouvelles demandes métier sur les produits en production.
  • Analyse les processus métier et propose des améliorations.
  • Participe aux études sur l'architecture fonctionnelle et à la définition de la feuille de route du produit.

Tout au long de l'exécution du produit, il :

  • Aide le Product Owner à prioriser le Backlog Produit.
  • Propose des ajustements de priorisation basés sur la valeur perçue.
  • Comprend et priorise les Stories techniques suggérées par l'équipe ainsi que les anomalies.
  • Veille à la clarté et à la transparence du Backlog Produit.
  • Détaille chaque fonctionnalité sous forme de User Stories suffisamment petites pour être mises en œuvre dans un Sprint.
  • Clarifie les User Stories à la demande des membres de l'équipe.
  • S'assure que les User Stories développées sont testées et validées avant la démonstration.
  • Contribue aux tests des User Stories développées.
  • Établit la stratégie de tests de bout en bout.
  • Conçoit des jeux de données pour les tests.
  • Rédige et exécute les scénarios de tests de bout en bout.
  • Accepte ou refuse les User Stories développées selon la délégation du Product Owner.
  • Réalise des tests de non-régression sur les nouvelles versions.
  • Participe à la préparation et à la mise en œuvre du déploiement.
  • Contribue à la stratégie de migration.
  • Aide à la création des supports de formation.
  • Participe au support des utilisateurs.
  • Contribue aux événements Agiles avec l'équipe.

Lorsque le produit est utilisé par les utilisateurs finaux, il :

  • Analyse les demandes de support et les anomalies signalées par les utilisateurs et les représentants métier, et enrichit le Backlog avec les User Stories en résultant.
  • Recueille les retours des utilisateurs finaux.
  • Évalue l'utilisation du produit.
  • Analyse la qualité des versions précédentes et de la version actuelle en production.
  • Rédige et consolide la documentation fonctionnelle du produit pour la capitalisation.

Profil recherché : Un Analyste Métier avec un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience.

Compétences requises :

  • BAC + 5.
  • Expérience dans un poste similaire dans le secteur bancaire, gestion de projet IT, une expérience dans un environnement Agile/Digital est un atout.

Compétences techniques / Soft skills :

  • Esprit d'équipe et sens de la diplomatie.
  • A l'aise avec le partage et le transfert de connaissances.
  • Connaissance des tendances et enjeux du numérique.
  • Connaissance pratique des méthodologies Agiles, notamment en rédaction et priorisation des éléments du Backlog.

Durée de la Mission : 3 mois renouvelables avec visibilité sur le projet.
