Elite Cosmetic Surgery Nurse

We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our team at Elite Body Sculpture. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our plastic surgery office.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Our ideal candidate is a licensed RN, LVN, or LPN with experience working in a fast-paced medical environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations, performing nursing tasks, documenting clinical and surgical chart notes, and communicating effectively with patients and staff members. Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Perform nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency, including administering medications correctly, setting up sterile fields correctly, and disinfecting and sterilizing equipment correctly.
- Complete all required documentation accurately, in a timely manner, and thoroughly in accordance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, including physicians, Medical Assistants, Patient Coordinators, and others, daily clinical and surgical schedule and anticipate accordingly.
- Document clinical and surgical chart notes appropriately and accurately.
- Ensure the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times.
- Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment.
- Remain tactful, mature, and able to get along with diverse personalities.
Requirements:
- Current nurse license (RN, LVN, or LPN).
- Current ACLS certification required for all nurses (RNs, LPNs, LVNs, RPNs).
- Current IV certification required for all LVNs/LPNs in the United States and RPNs in Canada.
- Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus.
- Availability to work overtime as needed.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed.
- High energy with a strong focus on patient care and patient experience.
- Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
