About this Role:
As a Dialysis Therapy Technician at Fresenius Medical Care, you will play a vital part in supporting people who entrust us with their care. You will build deep relationships with patients when they come into our clinic, providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse. Your role involves setting up, testing, and operating hemodialysis machines, obtaining and documenting patient vital signs, and evaluating intradialytic problems. Salary and Benefits:
Our competitive salary for this role is estimated at around $43,500 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, we offer opportunities for career growth and professional development. Previous healthcare experience is not required, but we do require a high school diploma or G.E.D., and CPR certification.
