  • You will utilize marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and services and recommend appropriate solutions using our value proposition.
  • Provide guidance to customer service representatives with respect to the sales and referral process.

Requirements:

  • A college degree or relevant work experience is required.
  • Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
