Compensation Package

Our competitive compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $53-$58 per hour, with uncapped production bonuses and quarterly bonuses based on office performance. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, company holidays, and more.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our growing team at Porter Dental & Braces. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist. Your duties will include:

  • Delivering quality and compassionate care to every patient
  • Providing excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer Same Day Care
  • Educating patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
  • Assessing the dental condition and needs of patients and reviewing patients' medical history
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
  • Experience in providing direct patient care, preferably in a dental setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
