Staff4Me is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing staff.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and toileting, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse, accurately and efficiently.
  • Support patients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
  • Observe patients' physical and mental conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Prepare and serve meals when necessary, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families, enhancing their overall experience.
Requirements
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, demonstrating expertise and commitment.
  • Prior experience as a CNA or in a similar healthcare role, showcasing skills and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of basic patient care principles and procedures, applied effectively in practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Empathy and compassion towards patients, creating a supportive and caring atmosphere.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients safely, minimizing risk and injury.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, accommodating the needs of our patients.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation purposes, utilizing technology to enhance patient care.
