The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the daily functions of the production area. This position is essential for achieving production goals while ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and effective resource management within a food and beverage production setting. The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor will direct and coordinate the efforts of production personnel, promoting maximum efficiency and compliance with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily production workflows to guarantee effective operations and timely fulfillment of production timelines.
  • Assess production methods to identify opportunities for enhancement, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, minimize waste, and maximize resource utilization.
  • Guide, train, and support production team members, including organizing schedules and delegating responsibilities.
  • Reduce production interruptions by ensuring that machinery is well-maintained and fully operational.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
