The Automotive Store Director provides daily leadership to all store positions, reporting to the District Manager. Responsibilities include developing sales and technical teammates, promoting products and services, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Key qualifications include demonstrated leadership experience, ability to manage financial results, and influence and motivate a team to achieve set goals. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

A customer-focused mindset with extensive experience in customer-facing environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information and write routine reports. Business acumen with the drive to exceed established goals.

This role operates in an automotive shop environment, with exposure to moderate noise levels, adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and lift, carry, and stock merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
