Healthcare Career Services Specialist

As a Career Services Advisor at CHCP, you will play a vital role in helping our students and graduates achieve their healthcare career goals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide career services to students, graduates, and alumni, including resume building, interview preparation, and job placement assistance.
You will work closely with the education department and administrative staff to analyze and provide feedback on graduate and employer satisfaction based on survey results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influences and empowers students and graduates to find employment in their field of study and begin their healthcare careers.
- Manages a population of graduates and assists them in job placement in the Allied Healthcare field.
- Develops and implements plans to achieve student and graduate employment goals.
- Consistently meets or exceeds department metrics and quotas.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to work in a high-powered, dynamic, energetic, and results-driven environment.
- Experience in employment staffing, career services, out-placement services, or sales experience.
