We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Development Specialist to join our team at the State of South Carolina.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in Early Childhood Development and Education or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in Early Childhood Development and Education.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality instructional activities for students in early childhood education.
  • Maintain accurate records, provide disciplinary action when necessary, and ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote student success and address any challenges that may arise.

The successful candidate will be able to motivate students, enhance their learning experience, and demonstrate knowledge of teaching methodologies. They will also be able to establish good working relationships with students, faculty, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Development and Education or a related field.
  • A minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in Early Childhood Development and Education.
  • Three years of college-level teaching experience (preferred).

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
