As a Client Partner for Aerospace and Defense, you will be responsible for driving business growth and digital transformation across all stakeholders. You will own the P&L of the assigned account, revenue targets, and business development initiatives. Your primary goal will be to position our client services to the customer and enable digital transformation lead growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and build relationships at various levels with the customer, including CXOs. Understand customer business strategy and priorities, and serve as our client brand ambassador.
- Business Development: Stimulate, surface, and shape business demand. Identify customer pain points and present business proposals to the customers. Position our client products and services to the customer, and drive dynamic demand creation and conversion of opportunities for growth.
- P&L: Manage and own account P&L, ensuring revenue realization on time. Ensure compliance to contractual and financial agreements.
- Business Advisory: Have deep domain understanding of the Aerospace industry and serve as a business and digital advisor to the customer. Position our client as a growth and transformation partner of the customer.
- Delivery: Oversee project delivery and operations, ensuring compliance to contractual, security, and GDPR commitments.
- Minimum of 12 years of overall experience.
- Deep domain understanding of the Aerospace industry, including various commercial and defense product lines, life cycles, and processes.
- Good understanding of Aerospace NPI, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, and after-market processes.
