We are seeking a skilled Make Ready Specialist to join our team at Wan Bridge Group.

Job Description:

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high-quality standards in preparing rental units for occupancy.
  • Carry out general handyman and repair technician duties as required.
  • Perform make-ready tasks to ensure units meet quality standards.
  • Conduct move-in/move-out orientations for new tenants.
  • Assist superintendents in various tasks and projects.
  • Manage cleaning tasks, pressure washing, and vendor coordination.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in maintenance or related field.
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.
Working Conditions:
  • Typical work schedule: Monday through Friday.
  • Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to walk, sit, or stand for long periods.
  • Reliable transportation that meets job responsibilities.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License.
