Weekend Incentive Program

American Health Partners is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, with a network of 29 facilities across seven states. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and participate in our Weekend Incentive Program.

Program Details
  • Must sign up for the program and commit to working every Saturday and Sunday.
  • Eligible for full-time benefits if signed up for at least one 12-hour scheduled day per week.
  • May earn shift differential for working PM to AM qualifying shifts.
  • Limited availability; facility Administrator and DON will determine the total number of slots available.
Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse on our Weekend Incentive Program, you will be responsible for:

  • Directing the day-to-day functions of nursing aides, LPNs, and other staff being supervised.
  • Providing direct nursing care to patients.
  • Visiting all assigned patients at regular intervals during tour of duty.
  • Supervising feeding of patients as necessary.
  • Notifying physician when patient's condition warrants.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a Registered Nurse degree.
  • Hold a current State of Tennessee Registered Nursing License.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
