We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville. Key Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Implement and document nursing care, including administering medications and performing various patient tests
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, and promote patients' independence by establishing care goals and teaching patients and families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and maintain a safe and respectful environment
- Tennessee or compact state RN license in good standing
- Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelors preferred
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required within 90 days
- 1 year ER experience in a hospital setting or 2+ years in PCU level inpatient care preferred
