Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair electro-mechanical devices that measure flow, pressure, temperature, and levels
  • Provide preventive, scheduled, and emergency I&E maintenance support to the facility
  • Conduct instrumentation evaluations and troubleshoot for electrical, pneumatic, electronic, and programmable logic control (PLC) systems
  • Ensure the commissioning of instrumentation after repair and replacement
  • Conduct tests related to functional performance on instrumentation as needed by facility changes
  • Involved in the evaluation of instrument performance to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities
  • Work closely with plant operations to evaluate both routine and emergency instrument work

Requirements

  • 2-year degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of field experience preferred
  • Experience navigating a CMMS required
  • Previous experience operating a forklift preferred
  • Experience wearing required PPE, including safety glasses, hard hat, steel toe shoes, gloves, and a respirator
