Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot security and automation systems for residential customers.
  • Service fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control systems.
  • Test and validate system signals and communication with central monitoring to ensure proper service establishment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a willingness to help customers understand and fix issues with their home protection systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous service experience, preferably in a technical field.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and ability to thrive in uncertain situations.
  • A valid driver's license and high school degree or equivalent.
