Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Pizza Cook at Alpine Bakery & Pizzeria. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas and other baked goods to meet the demands of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook pizzas and other baked goods to order, ensuring high-quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth service.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients, including allergens and dietary restrictions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen position, preferably in a bakery or pizzeria environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including pizza dough and baking equipment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
