Role Overview:
As a Teaching Aide, your primary responsibility will be to assist the classroom teacher by working closely with students in both individual and small group settings. Your efforts will help reinforce the instructional material provided in the classroom.

Compensation:
The role comes with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $22, with payments made on a weekly basis. You will enjoy a schedule that typically runs Monday through Friday, with no weekend work required, during the hours of 7/7:30 AM to 3:00/4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the classroom teacher in daily activities.
2. Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning materials.
3. Help in managing classroom communications.
4. Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment.
5. Employ diverse learning methods to enhance student engagement.
6. Provide support with personal care, including toileting as necessary.
