This role requires culinary experience and strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the Dining Room Manager to plan diverse and appealing menus, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Food Preparation and Procurement: Prepare lists of food and other supplies needed for weekly menus, procure fresh items from local vendors, and ensure proper food preparation, handling, and storage techniques are followed.
  • Special Events and Service: Assist with special events at the venue and off-site locations, ensuring a high standard of service and presentation.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Assist in busing tables, washing dishes, pots, and pans, mopping floors, and general cleaning tasks, as well as reporting necessary equipment repairs or maintenance to the Dining Room Manager.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new associates, ensuring they understand and adhere to company standards and procedures.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling of executive dining rooms and perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
