Job Summary

This Physical Therapist position is a full-time opportunity that involves providing expert physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic and sports medicine injuries. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop personalized treatment plans and achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop tailored treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and modalities to promote healing and improve function.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy, applying this knowledge to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a passion for staying current with the latest advancements in physical therapy.
