Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and a strong commitment to enhancing communication abilities in individuals of all ages.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide therapy services in a variety of environments, including educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and private practice settings.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, clients, and their families to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Completion of required clinical practicum hours and supervised experience.
  • Adherence to ASHA's Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
  • Compliance with state and federal regulations governing speech-language pathology.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to clients.
