About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the agency's financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • They will also supervise a team of financial staff and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • A graduate degree in finance or a related field is preferred, as well as three to five years of senior management experience in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the agency's annual budget, including forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as well as effective management of accounts receivable and payable.
  • Manage the agency's banking relationships, including cash management and investment strategies.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) and paid leave.
