As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing outstanding service. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in customer service and grow within the company. Training will be provided onsite for one month, and then the position will be fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
* Assist customers with product or service information and troubleshoot issues.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our database.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
* Provide follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Meet daily/weekly call and service goals.
* Participate in training programs and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multi-task.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
* Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Reliable and coachable attitude.
