About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the provision of high-quality home care services to our clients throughout our 21-county service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all staff are trained and competent in their roles.
  • Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff, including orientation, ongoing education, and continuing education.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of care.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the delivery of care.
  • Provide leadership and support to staff in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment for staff and clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.
  • Current and valid Minnesota nursing license is required.
  • 3-5 years of clinical management experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in staff development and training.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in home care.
