Key Responsibilities- Ensure that all staff are trained and competent in their roles.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.
- Current and valid Minnesota nursing license is required.
- 3-5 years of clinical management experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in staff development and training.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in home care.
