Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, providing support and encouragement to help them grow and learn.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and medication management, while promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Support participants with developmental goals, including budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for participants.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance in some positions.
