Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily order entry and billing functions, generating shipping orders and invoices for mailing, and initiating back orders.
  • Enter accurate customer information into our computer system, answering questions from sales staff and customers regarding products and orders.
  • Monitor billings for accuracy, communicating with personnel to resolve discrepancies or verify unusual items.
  • Research discrepancies and debit memos to accurately process, issue, and post credits/debits to customer accounts as necessary.
  • Reconcile inventory and assist in daily and month-end closing by ensuring all necessary information is entered into our computer system.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with a pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone.
  • Demonstrate multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers.
  • Remain calm and able to work under pressure when busy, helping other team members as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
  • Must pass pre-employment background screen.
