Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to become a part of our dynamic team at The Learning Experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain an inviting and interactive classroom environment that encourages exploration and growth.
  • Utilize a growth-oriented approach to inspire a lifelong love of learning in children.
  • Implement our specialized L.E.A.P. Curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers.
  • Establish a safe and supportive space where children can engage in play and learning activities.
  • Regularly communicate with families, sharing updates on their children's progress and experiences through various channels.
  • Collaborate with center staff and leadership to meet objectives related to enrollment and community engagement.
  • Foster strong relationships with families and colleagues to create a vibrant learning community.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine commitment to the education and well-being of young children.
  • At least one year of professional teaching experience is preferred, with a minimum of six months required.
  • An associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.
