We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.

• Classroom Management: Create a welcoming and organized classroom space that promotes learning and development.
• Curriculum Implementation: Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, and foster a love of learning in infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Communication: Regularly communicate with parents through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions, to keep them informed about their child's progress and achievements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals, and contribute to a dynamic environment that seamlessly integrates play and learning.

• Education: Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (preferred) or a High school diploma/GED (required).
• Experience: One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
