**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain a land pipeline tracking system to ensure efficient land acquisition and development.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for land acquisition, leveraging municipal driven rezoning and infrastructure improvements.
  • Utilize Geographic Information System (GIS) software and related resources to identify target development parcels and optimize land acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare New Site Selection forms for new and ongoing deals, requiring investment decisions and financial analysis.
  • Perform resale and new home comparable analysis to inform land acquisition decisions.
  • Develop land development timelines and budgets for entitlements, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Complete Community Position analysis for new acquisitions and ongoing communities, providing critical insights for investment decisions.
  • Prepare presentation materials for the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for Raw Land Deals, effectively communicating land acquisition strategies and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with homebuilding division partners to prepare financial analyses, development timelines, plans, budgets, and Proformas, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
