Field Supervisor

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to support our operations in Richmond, Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Security Professionals (SPs) on-site, ensuring site coverage at all times, and working closely with Operations Managers to drive day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, and communicate policy changes or company information to Security Professionals.
- Supervise and train new employees assigned to post, ensuring they are equipped to handle emergency situations and meet quality standards.
- Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling, ensuring seamless site coverage.
- Identify and report any personnel problems, such as payroll issues or employee relations complaints, to Operations Managers and Corporate Human Resources.
- Administer counseling or disciplinary actions as directed by Branch Manager and/or Corporate HR Director.
- Distribute information to posts as directed by Branch or Corporate office, ensuring timely communication to Security Officers.
- Respond to client or site emergencies, ensuring effective communication with Operations and/or Branch Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
- Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service experience.
- Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
- Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including clients.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines.
- Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
- Enrollment in our company's 401(k) plan, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
- Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
