Job Description:

The HR Project Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Planning, directing, and coordinating HR projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  2. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  3. Providing guidance and support to employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR project management or related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on experience.
