We are seeking an experienced Director of Manufacturing Engineering to join our team at New Way Trucks. Job Summary
This role will oversee process engineering and continuous improvement activities within our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for managing project timelines and budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manufacturing engineering strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team.
- Designs and improves material storage and process flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field); Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in engineering leadership roles within the heavy manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
Compensation and Benefits$150,000 - $170,000 per year, plus benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and more.
