Responsibilities:
  • Process patient payments over the phone and ensure accurate recording of financial information.
  • Update patient records accurately and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Provide assistance to patients on the telephone and at the front desk, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required; medical administration certificate preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (or other designated languages) is a must.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
