Senior Healthcare Project Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Healthcare Project Architect to join our team in San Diego. As a key member of our healthcare design team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of healthcare projects in California, working under HCAI/OSHPD jurisdiction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of healthcare projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and implement design and technical solutions for healthcare projects, leveraging expertise in architecture, interiors, and urban design.
- Provide production of design drawings, presentation drawings, and digital models to support design teams.
- Research and review products and materials, reference projects, and existing conditions to inform design documentation.
- Assist in meeting building performance goals, including metrics, verification, and design integration.
- Execute Construction Administration responsibilities and project close-out in a leadership role.
- Demonstrate motivation in seeking new responsibilities and challenges.
- Build relationships with clients and consultants, working closely with team leaders.
- Provide supervision and mentorship of junior staff.
- Professional architecture degree and 10+ years of experience in healthcare projects in California.
- Experience designing, executing, and documenting healthcare projects of various complexity.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients to achieve project success.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and passionate individual with excellent team communication skills.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Revit, Sketch-Up, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Construction Management Project Software.
- Licensed Architects are strongly preferred, and LEED Accreditation is also highly valued.
