Geometry Educator

We are seeking a highly qualified Geometry Educator to join our team at Envision Education. As a key member of our academic community, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

• Curriculum Development: Adapt, internalize, and develop lesson and unit plans aligned to our network curriculum.
• Professional Growth: Participate in regular professional development and coaching cycles to enhance your teaching skills.
• Classroom Environment: Develop a strong sense of community and belonging in the classroom, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Differentiated Instruction: Leverage student-facing data to differentiate instruction for diverse learners, ensuring each student receives a tailored educational experience.
• Advisory Role: Serve as an advisor and teach the daily advisory curriculum, providing guidance and support to students.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with grade level and department teams to share best practices and drive academic excellence.
• Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with families, particularly those from underrepresented communities, to ensure a collaborative and supportive educational experience.

• Education: A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree.
• Credential: Valid California Teaching Credential or out-of-state equivalent with the ability to transfer required.
• Experience: Demonstrated success working with parents and families, especially those from Black, African American, Latine/a/o/x, and immigrant backgrounds.

This opportunity may include an annual $3,500 MA supplement, $1,500 Credential Bonus, and/or a one-time $5,000 signing bonus for hard-to-fill roles.

Our total compensation package includes:

• Annual Starting Salary Range: $62,424 - $105,604, dependent upon years of aligned experience and credentials.
• Additional Supplements for Special Education, Second Credential, Masters Degree, Doctorate, Board Certification, and Lead Learning Specialist (SPED).
• Leadership Stipends for Instructional Lead Team, Grade Level Lead Team, and Summer Professional Development.
