Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Ropeswing Hospitality Group. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties, providing exceptional guest service, and contributing to the overall success of our hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Complete daily cleaning assignments and follow standard operating procedures to ensure assigned areas are properly cleaned and well-presented at all times. Take appropriate action on problem areas.
  • Guest Service: Report damages, maintenance issues, and lost and found items to a supervisor. Provide housekeeping support for event and special program coordination and execution. Assist ranch guests with any request they may have or any issues that arise.
  • Laundry and Linens: Sort, wash, load and unload laundry; iron and press linens, as required.
  • Equipment and Supplies: Use equipment and supplies correctly; have MSDS sheets available, and cleaning chemicals stored in a secure place.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a commercial housekeeping position, preferred.
  • Flexibility: Able to work flexible hours.
  • Responsibility: Responsible, dependable, punctual.
  • Communication: Must be able to understand and follow verbal/written instructions and communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Appearance: Clean and professional appearance.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to maneuver fully loaded housekeeping equipment. Must be able to bend down and get on and off floor numerous times per day.
