What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation: $150,000 - $185,000 total remuneration.

Your Role:
Oversee HVAC operations for our entire portfolio, ensuring peak performance and durability.

Design and execute HVAC programs to discern between asset repair and replacement.

Utilize data analytics to track trends and mitigate HVAC challenges.

Conduct site assessments to validate significant HVAC projects.

Formulate specifications, scopes of work, budgets, and supervise design efforts.

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and expedite project approvals.

Apply value engineering techniques to enhance performance and cost efficiency.

Identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage projects from inception to completion.

Standardize processes and protocols for HVAC system management.

Foster strategic partnerships with vendors, consultants, and manufacturers.

Research and recommend HVAC products and specifications.

Monitor vendor performance to guarantee service excellence.

Provide emergency response support for HVAC challenges.

Assist with acquisition assessments and facilitate property transitions.

Maintain proactive communication with managers and team members.
